Nneka started her legal career as a prosecutor working for the Miami Dade State Attorney’s Office. She handled the prosecution of various crimes including armed robberies, sex-crime cases, career criminals, drug trafficking and carjacking. She also assisted law enforcement in the investigation and subsequent prosecution of complex insurance and general fraud cases.

Prior to joining Preis PLC, Nneka worked at one of the nation's largest law firms devoted to civil defense litigation handling casualty matters for various insurance companies. Nneka has successfully represented a multitude of clients involved a range of casualty matters for over 14 years. She has tried a large number of cases to verdict, be it in front judges or juries both in Texas and in Florida.
